Karaoke Killed the Cat is taking a couple weeks off from Union Hall to work on some special events. There will be no shows Friday October 12th and Friday October 19th.

The good news is that when we return October 26 we’ll be celebrating Halloween. Sadly the Blood Party affectionately known as Carrieoke was banned by the Union Hall management so we had to come up with a new way to usher in the season. What’s the vibe? Come dressed up as the singer/band/song you plan on singing at the show. Example: Want to sing “Little Red Corvette” come dressed up as Prince or a Little Red Corvette. That’s low hanging fruit, we’re really interested in seeing what you Dinosaur Jr. fans think up.

Should be a pretty good time. We’re going to try to put together some prizes for the best costume ideas. Put your thinking caps on. Don’t know if you heard, but we’re into pushing the envelope.
