Karaoke Killed the Cat is the infamous karaoke dance party for people who never thought they'd like karaoke. Hosted by the frenzied duo of Chris Goldteeth and Lord Easy, they have been changing the world's view of what karaoke can be since 2003. Karaoke Killed the Cat brings together equal parts vocal chord shattering sing-along and booty popping dance party. Mix in sprinkles of crowd surfing, choreography and feats of strength; the result is a party unlike any other. As the show draws from the unchecked intensity and fervent enthusiasm of its patrons, Karaoke Killed the Cat becomes just as fun to watch, as it is to participate in. Forget about sounding good, this is about going hard and having the time of your life.

As some of you are aware, we’ve been looking to add a second show to our weekly lineup in New York. I’m pleased to announce that our first choice venue, Cameo Gallery in Williamsburg, has agreed to throw a trial run show TOMORROW! You heard me, this one is last minute vibes. Karaoke Killed the Cat will be at Cameo Wednesday, October 5th, 2011 for a one night only soiree.We’ll be treating this as a test, and if we can pack the place with all of your awesome, I think we have a pretty good shot at the weekely. What say you? You didn’t have hump day plans anyway, so come share some quality time with your friends at Karaoke Killed the Cat. We’re be releasing our new songs into the wild for the first time tomorrow, so tomorrow will be sort of like getting the new iPhone, for free!
